The hotel rooms were nice and very clean, perfect for a quick one-night stay although the strong disinfectant smell bothered my sinuses a bit. The service was friendly and helpful, especially in the bistro, but lacked enthusiasm and urgency at times. The location was great, not too far from Rupp Arena and offered a nice view of tall pine trees. The dining options were good but limited, with a surprise sack lunch on offer. However, it was a bit overpriced compared to other nearby options.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and more than made up for the outdated decor and carpet. Being next to my family made the trip even better, although the strong smell of disinfectant was a bit overwhelming. It was fine for a quick one-night sleepover, providing a clean and quiet environment.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, even though the old-school wall A/C units were a bit noisy. The cleanliness was impressive and compensated for the outdated decor. The location, surrounded by tall pine trees, provided a cozy and secluded feel that was perfect for our family trip. However, the breakfast sandwich was not up to par, and there were some issues with reservations initially.
